I’m Ann, and I am glad you are here!

Gahndi said so succinctly what inspires and motivates many including myself, Be the change you wish to see in the world.  My path, and that of my spouse and teammate, to real estate was precipitated by a personal experience with our own home sale and home building experience. I simply set out to be the Realtor I wish we’d had so delved right into the realm of real estate, and in the process found passion with the purpose. Helping others succeed in their home and investment goals is rewarding beyond belief and so I soon left my ‘safe’ career in finance to be a full-time goal getter.  Continuing education, acquired experience over a combined dozen+ years, and connections to a tremendous team of industry professionals is how Joe and I have equipped ourselves to co-succeed with our clients at WMI Home Team and why we aligned ourselves with the IHeartGR brokerage in 2021.  Results and fun, we are all about that combo!!

Transplants unite!  Saline MI is where I was raised, but my heart and home is right here in West Michigan and specifically where I reside in Rockford. There is so much to do in these parts for work and play. From my vantage point of having successfully raised a family, worked in finance at a local business for a decade, owned/operated an American-made boutique for five years, discovered how much I enjoy hiking and kayaking, become a pseudo foodie, and having made lots of connections with really cool people inside and outside of real estate, transplants can and do thrive here. As a Realtor®, I’ve been able to help others relocating transition successfully too and the consensus is this: West Michigan rocks. The team I mentioned above, with my husband Joe, was purposely named WMI Home Team and adopted the motto of ‘Buy. Sell. Move Happily’ for all of these reasons (if you use Insta, follow @wmihometeam and you’ll see what I mean).

Seniors Specialist  In 2023 I worked more with the 55+ community.  I enjoyed it so much, I decided to delve further into education and preparedness to work with more concerns and challenges facing seniors financially and socially.  The SRES designation shows my dedication to working with home sellers and buyers in their golden era at a level where there's straight forward communication and clear trust that matters are handled in their interests.
